Shipping Policy

1. We will share the tracking number via SMS (6886), you may check the parcel status yourself at Poslaju website.

2. We will process the order everyday and will not responsible for any delay made by the courier.

3. Courier will collect the parcel every Monday - Friday accept for public holidays.

4. Tracking number will be update one day after courier collect the parcel.

5. Please do expect some delays in delivery during the PKP/MCO period.
